INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Klutch Kontrol can not take responsibility for paying any customs charges or any other shipping charges that could apply when shipping outside of the United Kingdom. It will be your responsibility to check when purchasing from the United Kingdom if any charges will be present before they are delivered.
Klutch Kontrol under no circumstances will issue a refund if your order is seized by tax and customs. The items must be returned in it's original form from tax and customs for your refund to be issued.
Recently Klutch Kontrol has faced some longer delivery times with shipping internationally. Please note that due to the ongoing global pandemic that orders are taking longer than expected. No need to worry, all orders will always arrive to our customers but we urge all customers to be patient before contacting Klutch Kontrol in regards to where their order is.
Klutch Kontrol will no longer be issuing full refunds into orders taking longer than usual however can come to a compromise.
If you have made a purchase within the last 30 days, you are eligible to return the items and receive a full refund.
If you are looking to return your items, please ensure you can meet the requirements below:
- The product you want to return was purchase in the last 30 days
- Product must be unused and sent back in his original packaging.
- Invoice is printed out and sent in the packaging with the items you wish to return.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. You will have to send the product on our address and also you have to pay the shipping fee as well. Once we received the item after checking it if its meet the criteria that have been mentioned above. We will refund your money back.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, we will happily exchange your items for different items we have available for the same price. Shipping fees may apply.
If you receive your item(s) and they are damaged then please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the matter.
